Ullrich Mönich received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin, Berlin, Germany, in 2005 and the Dr.-Ing. degree from the Technische Universität München, Munich, Germany, in 2011. During the winter term of 2003, he was a Visiting Researcher with the University of California, Santa Barbara. From 2005 to 2010, he was a Research and Teaching Assistant with the Technische Universität Berlin and from 2010 to 2012 with the Technische Universität München. From 2012 to 2015, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Since 2015, he has been a Senior Researcher and Lecturer with the Technische Universität München, and since 2019, he has led the research activities in the Advanced Communication Systems and Embedded Security Lab (ACES Lab) at the Chair of Theoretical Information Technology.
