Aravind Kappaganthula received his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KL University, India, in 2018 and his Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Nanoelectronic Systems from TU Dresden in 2023. He is currently an Associate Researcher at the Vodafone Chair Mobile Communications Systems at TU Dresden. His research interests center on adaptive, energy-efficient transmitter architectures in gearbox PHY. Specifically, his work focuses on switchable front-end configurations and reconfigurable mmWave power amplifiers using 22nm FDSOI technology capable of dynamically reducing transmitter power consumption.
