Daniel Ostermeier is a research associate at the Munich Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence (MIRMI), Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. In 2021, he completed his Reife- und Diplomprüfung in Electronics and Technical Computer Science with distinction at HTL Braunau, Austria, and received a scholarship from the Austrian Study Foundation of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. Following this, he pursued higher education at TUM, earning a B.Sc. in Informatics in 2024 and an M.Sc. in Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence in 2025. Currently, his research interests include networked and tele-robotics, robotic motion planning, and general robot kinematics and dynamics.
