Born in 1990. Received the Bachelor degree at Xidian University in 2013. From 2014 to 2018, study at TU Dresden for Diploma degree. Awarded for ENNO-HEIDEBROECK Urkunde in 2019 for the excellent study at TU Dresden. After finishing the Diploma study till now, continued to work as PhD student at TU Dresden with the chair of circuit design and network theory. Main research interests include mm-Wave circuit design with a current focus on circuits in advanced semiconductor technologies. In 2020, won the Best Student Paper Prize at APMC 2020.
