Research Assistant / PhD Candidate / Postdoc (m/f/d)

for the design of a broadband power amplifier for the resource-efficient 6G communication technology of the future

starting as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Design and simulation of a broadband, high-efficiency power amplifier for multiple communication standards • Circuit layout and implementation using modern semiconductor technology Laboratory measurement and analysis of the implemented circuits • Publication of your research findings in prestigious scientific journals and presentations at international conferences

Requirements

• A good to very good academic degree (Master’s/Diploma) in electrical engineering, communications engineering, information technology, or a similar engineering discipline. A Ph.D. is preferred but not required. • In-depth knowledge in the fields of circuit design, high-frequency engineering, semiconductor technology, and communications engineering • Experience in IC design, particularly with CAD tools for circuit simulation and layout creation Analytical thinking, an innovative approach to complex problems, and the ability to work independently and flexibly • Team player, excellent English skills, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic, interdisciplinary team
